Christmas Dinner

How do ya like the set-up? It turned out fairly well. So dinner, also, went well. The menu was pretty creative: Polynesian (well, mostly).

The Menu:

Honey Glazed Ham
Ginger and Leek Lamb Chops
Polynesian Meatballs in Sweet Sauce
Spring Rolls and Lumpia with Sweet Chili Sauce
Fresh, Buttered Asparagus
Fresh Green Salad
Relish Plater with Ranch Dip
Bean Soup
Brownies
Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pumpkin Pie

Like Thanksgiving, I realize that I don't have any pictures of the social aspect of the evening; trust me, it was very enjoyable! In all about 12 friends showed up throughout the evening. It was cool, because we ate a ton of grub... watched Die Hard (the ultimate testosterone Christmas movie)... had the PS2 going on one TV with Guitar Hero... PS3 going with Ridge Racer... the X-box 360 going with Carbon Need for Speed and Call of Duty... and then later on, Ben brought his Nintendo Wii (we played bowling, golf, and tennis)... Christmas was a blast, to say the least. I ended the night by watching the first four episodes of 24, Season Five - Jack Bauer kicks AL:KSDJFSLFLSF!!!!

Thank you, Sir...

...May I have another?
It was impromptu... short... comical! Today I entered into my third enlistment. As of today, I have served a total of 10 years, 9 months, and 2 days. My third oath of enlistment will extend my commitment until Dec8, 2012. WHOA! Remember: twenty is my desired, minimum-time in the Air Force.
On a more important note (familiy, that is), my beloved
youngest sister,Trisha, is 26years young, today!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
May God continue to bless you, and your family, as we are blessed by you!
Much wub, my wubbly thister!!!
