That's right... japanese yakisoba! Tomorrow afternoon, we're closing down the shop to celebrate "Dos de Mayo" - it's our excuse to have a fun day at the park with potluck dining and sports, among other things. I was pretty stoked to finally find a store here that specializes in asain foods; thus I was able to buy the right type of sauce to make a huge batch of yakisoba!Cheese Rolls ain't got a thing on my yakisoba!
(for those who don't about cheese rolls, it's a restaurant in Misawa that's popular with many Americans - I was never too fond of it)
